Fall/Harvest Pumpkin Grapevine Wreath winter_snowmanIt's almost time for Fall! I fell in love with this since and knew I had to incorporate it into a wreath. Great fall colors, pumpkins and and an autumn plaid wreath. The metal sign is embossed with the vintage truck and pumpkins first Fall wreath I've made this year and thrilled with the outcome.
