This Champagne, without malolactic fermentation is the product of a blend of the best vintages. Entirely vinified in wooden casks to reach a greater complexity, the blend is 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. Beautiful golden colour with fine copper reflects. To the nose : quince and orange jam followed by many citrus fragrances like
