Blending together 3 different Whiskies which are then finished off in hand toasted American Oak Barrels, this whisky has plenty to offer. NOSE: Maple with milled grains and a light nuttiness. PALATE: Caramel, dough, dark cherry, Meyer lemon. Dry oak, vanilla bean.

The flavour of peppermint invades the palate

aged with a chocolate

they take their botanicals including Juniper (obviously) and steep them overnight before infusing them with the Crisp

receives an additional “blessing” when it is charcoal mellowed again after reaching maturity giving it ultimate smoothness
