Illahe Estate Pinot Noir 2023 (750ml) Burgundy Maconnais ChardonnayWinemakers Notes 2023 in the vineyard, we started out with warm weather beginning almost exactly in June. The summer, without any long heat spikes, was still one of the warmest average summers in years with very little rain. When harvest came around, we did get a few days of rain, but luckily we had enough stored sun to be able to pick a little before and a little after and still receive beautiful grapes. We hand craft all of our pinot noirs,

and milk chocolate follow through to a smooth

The Big Guy Cabernet Sauvignon combines full-bodied

Brilliant garnet-red in color with orange highlights

The harvest is carried out manually

The depth to the fruit is evident

With its rich tannins

Aging potential: 7-10 years

with pleasant aftertaste

but give it a bit of time in the glass and the cassis and blackberry fruit begins to come through

A blend of all white grapes from the Loire Valley

2017 was nearly disastrous vintage in the Anjou

It should be ready from 2026
