So ethereal

The color was medium garnet with some nice bricking

Dark fruit on the nose with hints of cedar

The history of this wine estate starts in 1923 when Alfredo Prunotto purchase a co-operative

and Shafer's wines have gone on to great critical acclaim

On the palate this is sweet but not intensely so

but it also had more time to open up

but quite elegant fruit and fine
