Anderson Hill O Chardonnay 23 SparklingA wine of poise and balance. Hallmark white blossoms greet the nose however the real action takes place on the palate. Rich ripe fruit interlaced with butter roasted nuts and layers of sweet backing spice. Seamlessly integrated oak provides a long resonant finish.

The block is surrounded by gum trees so you will notice a distinct minty/herbal character on the nose and palate

A slight earthiness and toasty hints balanced with soft

but the recipe doesn’t vary much… the 2021 vintage blends 50% Grenache for spice and bright red fruits
