He was sick and tired of cutting those halfmoons in banners by hand to prevent them from collapsing due to wind gusts. In response to this, weve designed this halfmoon stencil to cut half circles in 20, 30, 40, 50, 75 and 100mm (. 79, 1. 18, 1. 57, 1. 97, 2. 95 and 3. 94 inches). The lateral notches help you align your cuts with ease,
