NOSE: Spicy and creamy with lots of sweet vanilla

with polished oak offering to overstate

but plays with a depth of resinous

feverish spices

There are notes of hot pastries and marmalade

Aromas of green apples

This limited and luxurious cask has yielded 300 bottles at 46

becoming light coconut oil

A hint of mixed spice emerges and a touch of milk chocolate sweetness

spiced fruits and cinnamon and an everlasting sweetness which you would expect from 50 years in our finest sherry casks
