Pétillant Naturel 2025 Style|Cloudy Funky + WildDeliciously ripe, fruity and fresh pet nat made of 80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Smillon. A bottle to crack open on those those sunny afternoons (or rainy afternoons for that matter why not?), filled with zesty citrus, green apples and ripe pears. There is a very slight sweetness here, balanced out with a zippy acidity and lots of pretty little bubbles. The grapes are direct pressed and partially ferment in stainless steel before completing fermentation
