Orange and Almond and mixed with Bulgarian Juniper

Toffee and Honey infusion and finished off with a Sweet Lingering taste

a lovely balance of Piney Juniper

Oiliness is left with Spicy Chocolate

and the subtle nuances of different styles of gin and distillation proved invaluable as they set out to create a gin that was completely new and original

Reminiscent of a French pâtisserie

This takes the Whisky and matures it in Sherry
