Quite complex! Something superbly resinous, fireplace, ashes, mustard sauce, sherry Strong honey (chestnut). It gets smokier and smokier (coal fire). Very, very nice. Mouth: Simply fantastic. A superb creaminess, very coating, with an extraordinary balance. Orange liqueur and resin, lavender
