Philodendron Selloum - Tropical Evergreen Perennial Shrub - 10 Seeds Galtonia'Tree philodendron' is a tropical plant with large, showy leaves that is grown as a houseplant in temperate climates. It also does very well grown outside and has a fast rate of growth. It can tolerate deep shade but prefers bright, indirect light and moist soil. It does not tolerate salt build up so flush soil regularly or used distilled water for irrigation. It can produce aerial roots that absorb water and nutrients.
