An earthy smokiness and tense, cleansing acids gives a thoroughly volcanic feel. Tart white peach and zesty citrus pith fruits hover in the airy palate of this delicate, weightless wine. 'Cerreto' is the local name for Malvasia di Candia, here given a 9 day skin fermentation in open topped tanks, before being pressed off to steel
