Right Pinot 2023 Grape|Camaiola100% Pinot Noir given a gentle 12 days maceration whole bunch, then aged half in large foudre and half in 600l barrel. Wonderfully delicate, aromatic and bright with Benoit's signature purity underpinning every sip. Expressive already in its youth, this is the kind of Pinot that makes us remember why we love the varietal. Needless to say, the production is tiny, with very little to go around we have just a few bottles. We would recommend cellaring

A bone-dry

Like all their wines bottled unfined and unfiltered after a year

with a pronounced petrichor minerality

chestnut honey and Muscovado sit alongside the more fruity and delicate notes of the grape which have been preserved thanks to cold vinification and avoiding contact with oxygen during the ageing period
