This release from the Jaffa 2512 team takes Fresh Lemons which are hand picked and pressed and infuses them into their Classic Gin which creates a Refreshing Zesty flavour with obvious notes of Citrus running throughout and hints of Juniper
This is an Irish bred Gin from the Dingle distillery which is made using a secret recipe
This is then infused with a Delicious Gin which then creates and even more Delicious flavoured Gin
a testament supported in a few surviving faded photographs showing the huge peat stacks waiting to be fed to the kiln fires
where there is no sickness
and like with our Navy Gin we add just a tiny pinch of sea salt after distillation to give it that slight hint of coastal air
