Gibson Sg Classic 2008 - Clear Acrylic (.125) redThis SG Classic pickguard was tooled from a 2008 factory production model and comes with mounting holes for the P 90 pickups. Made from clear acrylic material this is a completely see through material and as a result will reveal the body of the instrument underneath. . 125 inchs or 3. 175mm thick with a 45 degree bevelled outer edge.

A small amount of finish and wood needs to be filed off the treble side of the tremolo body route to make way for the round vibrato arm mount that sits under the bridge plate

the 1960 VOS model with 2 x P-90 pickups

This then screws into the trem unit like a normal vintage bridge but there is also a small grub screw on the bridge unit to tighten the arm and lock it in position

This template has been confirmed as also being suitable for the Fender Precision 59 Custom Shop model
