Casa Mexico Anejo Tequila PauillacProduced with fully mature blue agave, handpicked from the mineral rich red clay soils of the Highlands in Jalisco, Mxico. The pias are cooked in brick ovens for two days, then crushed in the tahona mill. The juice is naturally fermented and double distilled in copper alambique stills and laid to rest for twelve months in American white oak barrels. The finished Anejo is an all natural, smooth, lightly hued spirit ready to be enjoyed. Tasting notes
