5.4 2V Lightning Turbo Headers singleFacing Forward turbo mild steel tubular headers with 1 5 8" primaries and 2 1 2" V band flanges. These headers are designed to build your own custom turbo race kit. These headers will allow you to keep your A C and power steering and stock water neck location. Headers are build to order.

NOTE: Headers with 1 3/4" primaries come with 2 1/2" V-band flanges

This air-to-air intercooler can support approx

and comes with a 3" starter down pipe

All hotsides come with V-band clamp and ball & joint connections for LEAK FREE and maintenance free operation

On the 302 block the oil filter will need to be relocated

This hotside kit includes Dr & Ps tubular headers mild steel

Driver side and passenger side mild steel tubular headers with 1 5/8" primaries with 2 1/2" out V-band flanges for small block Chevy

Turbo size up to PT 76mm

Kit can be ordered with T3 or V-band flanges

It can be on top center or on the side of the end tank

NOTE: The 1 3/4" primary is a tighter fit on the passenger side

This turbo hotside kit will fit with most aftermarket K-members
