This dessert wine has tropical and candied fruit notes that are balanced by the nice acidity

Flavors of honeysuckle and pineapple emerge on the well-balanced finish

and Merlot brought up in French and American oak

large oak casks (75hl) and 15% in barrique

then bottled by hand along with a small amount of natural liqueur made from their own grapes that triggers fermentation in bottle

This has a pleasant dark earth tint to the finish
