McCrorie Burly Chardonnay 2023 750ml redwoodvalleyThe grapes were picked early in the morning and came in cold. The grapes were pressed into new American oak barrels and cold fermented by native yeast. The fermentation took 45 days at 65 F. The wine was then aged sur lie for 15 months.
