Made with 95% rye and bottled at 45% ABV, we reckon this could be a very strong contender for a Rye Old Fashioned. Nose A good helping of caramel, with creamy vanilla, melted brown sugar and herbier notes of fresh mint and pine. Palate Refreshing menthol alongside a touch of peppery heat, runny honey, red apple skin and a pinch of tobacco.
