The client had an outdated eCommerce platform focused on fishing gears, the website was not optimized for mobile users, had slow load times, and provided a poor user experience (UX), leading to low conversion rates (CRO). Our objective was to redesign and redevelop the platform to enhance user experience (UX), optimize conversion rates (CRO), and implement a mobile-first approach for better engagement.
